Q: I forgot my password, how can I log in?
A: Tap on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. We will send a secure reset link to your registered email address. If you registered via Google or Apple Sign-In, please manage your password directly through those providers.
Q: I purchased a Premium Subscription but my modules are still locked. What should I do?
A: Sometimes the App Store takes a moment to sync your receipt. Try closing the app entirely and reopening it. You can also tap the "Settings" menu inside your Profile to refresh your data. If your modules are still locked, please contact us with your Apple purchase receipt.
Q: How does the Daily Goal work?
A: You can set a target for how many new medical words you want to learn each day. Once you mark a word as "Learned" inside the vocabulary pool, it counts towards your goal. Keeping up with your daily goal builds your consecutive "Streak".
Q: How can I change my email or personal details?
A: Go to your Profile page and select "Edit Profile". You can freely change your name, graduation year, and faculty there.
