Welcome to Doc.Deutsch! By downloading, accessing, or using the Doc.Deutsch mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

1. Educational Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

Doc.Deutsch is an educational application strictly designed to assist healthcare professionals in learning medical German vocabulary and practicing linguistic communication.

Doc.Deutsch is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or a substitute for absolute medical knowledge. You agree that any information, vocabulary, or phrase provided in the App should not be relied upon to make clinical decisions or formulate medical diagnoses. The developers and owners of Doc.Deutsch disclaim all liability for any medical errors, patient outcomes, or damages arising from misunderstandings or applications of the materials provided.

2. Accounts and Registration

To save your progress, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Subscriptions and Premium Modules

The App offers some content for free and requires a Premium subscription to unlock advanced functionalities (e.g., Doctor-Patient modules, Epicrisis training).

  • Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID / App Store account.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doc.Deutsch and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any educational content or graphics from evaluating the App without our explicit permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Doc.Deutsch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
